Bierbrauerfest (Beer Brewers‘ Festival)

Franconian Bad Staffelstein undoubtedly has a leading position as a beer metropolis: believe it or not, eleven (!) breweries in the municipal area spoil the residents with their beer specialties

It almost goes without saying that the annual big beer brewers’ festival in the summer – on 15 August – is one of the high points on the Adam Riese town’s festival calendar. All ten breweries are there when, on Assumption Day from 10 am until 10 pm, with Franconian music from local bands, the various Bad Staffelstein beer specialties and regional delicacies, a joyful festival is celebrated on the market square. A whole day of pleasure and comfort, which offers the opportunity to get to know the range and variety of tastes of the Bad Staffelstein beers. Of course, as a fitting “base”, culinary delicacies are also available, from hearty Franconian snacks to fine beer-brewers’ goulash.

The Ebensfeld band, in their traditional costumes, the six-string group “Friends of Culture and Leisure Time” and the Uetzing-Serkendorf Music Society provide atmospheric music and entertainment.
